Worker Protections

Visa Process for Israel
- Phase 1 · Application
- Valid passport (scanned, minimum 3 years validity)
- Valid official ID (INE, front and back scanned on same page)
- Federal background check (no older than 3 months)
- Written certification of at least 3 years of experience
- Applicants must be male, aged 25 to 45
- Complete the application form and interview
- Phase 2 · Preparation
- Technical training and skills evaluation in onsite Mexico
- Medical exam from a recognized institution (no older than 3 months)
- Work contract signed in three languages (Spanish, English, Hebrew)
- All documents translated, apostilled, and notarized
- Sworn declaration confirming no foreign work in the past 18mo.
- Flight reservation and ticket to Israel
- Phase 3 · Approval & Travel
- Final approval from the Israeli Ministry of Labor (approximately 60 business days)
- Travel date confirmed
- Arrival in Israel with reception, housing, work permit, clothes, and insurance. Work starts next day.
