As HR Manager at DENT ESTET since 2019, her expertise covers the full journey of a professional in the organisation: attraction, selection, recruitment, onboarding, development, evaluation and retention. Her role involves turning business needs into HR strategies and processes that can be applied in a complex medical environment that is constantly developing.
This perspective is essential in a dental clinic. A flawed recruitment process generates costs. Weak onboarding prolongs the adaptation period. A lack of feedback and development pathways affects retention. And all of these inevitably come to influence team activity and the patient experience.
Within ADOM, Andra moves HR out of the theoretical zone and into managerial tooling. Participants learn how to define the right profile for a role, structure the recruitment process, build effective onboarding, motivate and develop people and create the foundations of a stable team.
The current ADOM curriculum places her directly in the area of recruitment, integration and motivation, and her experience is used to build processes that managers can adapt immediately to their own clinics.
