Cristian Taban

His career path includes leadership positions at Henkel, as well as coordinating Romania’s commercial activity for the American company Lufkin, later part of General Electric. For more than a decade, he played an important role in the development of DENT ESTET and in building the management mechanisms required by a medical organisation in expansion.

This combination of corporate experience and medical business management gives him the perspective needed to see a clinic not only as a medical practice, but as an organisation that must understand its numbers, plan its growth and make sound investment decisions.

Within ADOM, Cristian works with owners and managers precisely in this area: moving from intuitive management to management based on numbers, objectives and control.

Business plan, P&L, budgets, indicators, investments, productivity or cash flow are not presented as isolated financial notions, but as decision-making tools. The aim is for the manager to be able to answer concrete questions such as: Is the clinic truly profitable? Where is it losing money? What investment can it afford? What needs to change in order to grow?
