About Us

The crew Los Angeles calls when it has to be done right

Handyman Los Angeles is a licensed, insured local contractor handling drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing fixtures, flooring, tile and remodeling. Same crew standards on a single patched wall as on a full build-out — clear pricing, clean sites, and work that holds up.

Our Story

Built on repeat customers, not advertising

We started as a two-man drywall and repair crew taking calls across LA. Fifteen years later the work is still won the same way — someone recommends us to a neighbor.

Most of the calls we get start the same way: a job somewhere else went badly, or nobody would take something small. So we built the business around the parts people complain about — showing up when we said, quoting in writing before touching anything, and cleaning up like the house wasn’t a job site.

Today we handle everything from a single patched wall to full kitchen and bath remodels, for homeowners, landlords, property managers and commercial tenants. The crew has grown, the standards haven’t moved. If we can’t do it properly, we tell you and point you to someone who can.

How We Work

Six standards we don’t negotiate on

None of these are impressive on their own. Together they’re the reason people call us back instead of starting over with someone new.

01

Written quotes, before anything starts

You get an itemized scope with materials and labor separated. If something unexpected turns up behind a wall, work stops and we re-quote — we never add it silently to the invoice.

02

Licensed, insured, documented

Fully licensed and carrying liability coverage, and happy to send certificates before we book. Property managers and commercial clients can have paperwork on file up front.

03

We show up in the window we gave you

Arrival times are real, not aspirational. If traffic or a previous job runs long you get a call — before the window closes, not after.

04

Your home stays protected

Floors covered, furniture moved and wrapped, work areas sealed, dust controlled at the source. We sweep and vacuum at the end of every day, not just the last one.

05

Trade-correct work, not shortcuts

Electrical and plumbing done to code, fasteners and backing where they belong, finishes built up in proper coats. The parts you’ll never see are the parts that fail first.

06

We walk it with you before we leave

Final inspection together, under the light the room actually gets. Anything you’re not happy with gets corrected before we call the job done.

What We Do

One team, most of the trades

Handling multiple trades in house means fewer contractors to chase, one point of contact, and jobs that don’t stall waiting on someone else’s schedule.

The Team

Tradespeople, not a dispatch service

Every person on a job is on our crew — no anonymous subs sent in our name. You’ll usually see the same faces from quote to final walkthrough.

12

Crew members

Finishers, electricians, tile setters and general carpenters.

8 yrs

Average tenure

People stay, so standards stay consistent job to job.

100%

Background checked

Everyone who enters your home is vetted and insured.

In Their Words

Why clients keep our number

Fixed three things I’d been putting off for months, in one visit, and left the place spotless. Fair price and genuinely good people.
