FAQ
About Axis Global
What does Axis Global do exactly?
We are a work visa services company. We help skilled Mexican workers get approved for legal work visas in countries like Israel, Dubai, Europe, and Canada. We handle document preparation, translations, apostilles, medical coordination, and visa filing. We do not act as employers or assign jobs.
Is Axis Global a recruitment agency?
No. We do not recruit workers for specific employers. We process your work visa so you arrive at your destination country with all legal documentation in order and ready to work.
How do I know Axis Global is legitimate?
We operate within official government programs and bilateral agreements. Every visa we process goes through recognized government channels. We are transparent about our fees, our process, and our limitations. We encourage you to verify any information we provide through official government sources.
Visa Process & Timelines
How long does the visa process take?
It depends on the destination. Israel takes approximately 60 business days after full document submission. Dubai is around 30 to 45 days. Europe ranges from 60 to 90 days. Canada can take 90 to 180 days. These are estimates and actual times depend on government processing speeds and how quickly you complete your documentation.
What happens if my visa is denied?
Visa decisions are made by the destination country’s government, not by Axis Global. While we prepare the strongest possible application, we cannot guarantee approval. If your visa is denied, we will explain the reason and advise you on next steps, which may include reapplying or considering a different destination.
Can I choose which country I want to go to?
Yes. During your free evaluation, we assess your profile and discuss which destination is the best fit based on your experience, documentation, and personal goals. The final decision is always yours.
Do I need to speak English or another language?
Language requirements vary by destination. Israel and Dubai do not typically require language proficiency for construction visas. Some European countries and Canada may require basic language skills depending on the program. We’ll let you know during your evaluation.
Costs & Fees
How much does the process cost?
We will explain the payment structure during your evaluation. Certain government fees need to be paid at specific stages of the process. We never ask for full payment before the process begins.
What do I pay to Axis Global vs. what do I pay to the government?
Government fees such as passport issuance, background checks, medical exams, and visa filing fees are paid by you directly to the issuing authorities. Axis Global’s service fees cover document preparation, translations, apostilles, application management, and support throughout the process. Everything is separated clearly so you know exactly where your money goes.

Who pays for my food and daily expenses?
In all destinations, workers are responsible for their own meals and personal expenses. In Israel, for example, estimated monthly food and recreation costs are around $400 USD. Costs vary by country.
Can I send money back to my family in Mexico?

What about safety in Dubai?
Every destination country provides worker protections. These typically include health insurance, workplace accident coverage, and the right to file complaints through official channels. In Israel, workers are covered by social security, employer insurance, and on-site project insurance. We explain the full protection details for your specific destination during the process.
Worker Rights & Legal Protections
Will I have a legal work contract?
Yes. Every worker receives a legally binding employment contract before traveling. In Israel, contracts are signed in three languages (Spanish, English, Hebrew). For other destinations, contracts follow local legal requirements. You will always have a contract in a language you understand.
Can I leave the program if I want to?
Your visa is tied to a specific employer and program. Leaving without following proper procedures can affect your immigration status in the destination country. If you have concerns or issues during your stay, there are official channels to address them. We recommend discussing any questions about this during your evaluation.
What happens if my employer doesn't treat me fairly?
All destination countries have government agencies that protect foreign workers. You have the right to file complaints and seek assistance. In Israel, the government and social security system provide direct support. In Dubai, the Ministry of Human Resources oversees employer compliance. In Europe and Canada, strong labor laws protect all workers regardless of nationality.
Scams & Fraud
Should I be worried about companies charging fees for work visas?
Legitimate visa services do involve costs. The key difference is transparency. Be concerned if a company asks for large upfront payments with no documentation, guarantees a specific job, pressures you to decide quickly, or refuses to explain where your money goes. What red flags should I watch for with other companies?

A legitimate visa service will always be transparent, patient, and verifiable.
