Axis Global provides work visa application services, including document preparation, translations, apostilles, notarizations, medical exam coordination, and visa filing for international work opportunities. Our services are limited to visa processing support.
We do not act as an employer, recruitment agency, or labor intermediary. We do not guarantee employment, specific job placements, or salary amounts in any destination country. Any references to salaries, benefits, or working conditions on our website are estimates based on publicly available information and are subject to change.
Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and meet the basic eligibility criteria for the work visa programs we support. Eligibility requirements vary by destination country and are communicated during the evaluation process. Meeting basic eligibility does not guarantee acceptance into our program or visa approval.
Data Privacy
We collect personal information solely for the purpose of processing your visa application. Your data is handled with strict confidentiality and is only shared with relevant government authorities and licensed service providers as required by the visa process. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information for any other purpose.
Visa Approval
Visa approval decisions are made solely by the immigration authorities of the destination country. Axis Global prepares and submits applications to the highest standard but cannot influence, control, or guarantee the outcome of any visa application.
A denied visa application does not entitle the client to a full refund of service fees. Refund terms are outlined in the service agreement signed before the process begins.
Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at all times
- Submit required documents within the timelines communicated by our team
- Pay all applicable fees on time, including government fees paid directly to issuing authorities
- Attend required medical examinations and interviews
- Inform Axis Global of any changes to your personal information, documentation, or circumstances
- Comply with all laws and regulations of both Mexico and the destination country
Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of services, visa denial, or legal consequences. Axis Global is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.
Fees and Payments
Axis Global’s service fees and payment structure are outlined in a separate service agreement provided before the process begins. Government-related fees such as passport issuance, background checks, medical exams, and visa filing are the responsibility of the client and are paid directly to the issuing authorities.
All fees, both ours and government-related, are communicated transparently before any commitment is made. We do not charge hidden fees.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the process and the specific circumstances. The full refund policy is detailed in the service agreement signed between Axis Global and the client. Government fees paid directly to authorities are non-refundable under any circumstances, as Axis Global has no control over those payments.
Intellectual Property
Axis Global is not liable for:
- Visa denials or delays caused by government immigration authorities
- Changes in government policies, visa requirements, or bilateral agreements
- Actions, decisions, or conditions imposed by employers in the destination country
- Loss of income, travel costs, or other expenses incurred due to visa denial or processing delays
- Events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or government shutdowns
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid by the client to Axis Global.
Accuracy of Website Information
All content on the Axis Global website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Axis Global and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our written permission.
Termination of Services
We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, details such as salary ranges, visa durations, processing times, and living conditions are based on information available at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. Axis Global is not responsible for decisions made based on outdated or changed information.
Termination of Services
Axis Global reserves the right to terminate services to any client who:
- Provides false or fraudulent information
- Fails to meet payment obligations
- Refuses to cooperate with required steps in the visa process
- Engages in behavior that violates the laws of Mexico or the destination country
- Engages in conduct that is abusive or threatening toward our staff
In the event of termination, refund terms will follow the conditions outlined in the service agreement.
The client may also choose to withdraw from the process at any time. Refund eligibility for voluntary withdrawal is subject to the terms of the service agreement.
Third-Party Services
Our process may involve third-party service providers, including translation agencies, notaries, medical institutions, and government authorities. Axis Global is not responsible for the actions, delays, or errors of third-party providers. We work with trusted partners but cannot guarantee their performance.

Governing Law
