Andreea Necula

Her professional experience combines operational management, project management and human resources, built both at DENT ESTET and previously in organisations such as World Learning, Smart People, Heidrick & Struggles and Photos Photiades Group.

She has been part of DENT ESTET since 2016, and her current role requires a perspective that goes beyond administering day-to-day activity. Operational coordination of a medical organisation means creating enough structure to control complexity without slowing down growth.

Andreea works at the intersection of people, processes and resources: clarifying responsibilities, streamlining workflows, developing managers, implementing standards and handling situations that can affect how the organisation functions.

Within ADOM, this experience is turned into practical tools for owners and managers who want to build organisations less dependent on their constant intervention.

Participants learn how to move from “we solve problems every day” to “we build a system that prevents some of the problems” — through organisational structure, protocols, delegation, team management and clear processes. Current ADOM programmes include her in modules dedicated to organisational culture, operational management and handling difficult situations.
