Dental Office Manager — DENT ESTET Brașov

  • Clinic Management
  • Front Desk Performance
  • Patient Communication

Alina Picior brings to ADOM the perspective of a professional who knows clinic management from the first patient contact through to coordinating the entire operational flow.

Biography

As Dental Office Manager of DENT ESTET Brașov since 2021, she coordinates the administrative and operational processes that support the clinic’s activity, the Front Desk team and the patient relationship. She is directly involved in organising day-to-day activity, coordinating the team and maintaining the standards required for a clinic to run efficiently, predictably and coherently.

One of her main strengths as a lecturer is a career path built from inside the clinic. Her earlier Front Desk experience gives her a complete understanding of both execution and coordination: she knows what actually happens at reception, where bottlenecks appear and what differentiates a reactive Front Desk from one that actively contributes to clinic performance.

Within ADOM, Alina works with managers and administrative teams on a critical point in the patient relationship: the first interaction with the clinic and continuity of communication throughout the patient journey.

Her approach goes beyond classic reception rules. Participants learn how to organise Front Desk activity, how to communicate professionally in different contexts, how to adapt messages to patient typology and how to build processes that reduce errors and support a consistent experience.

She teaches from the perspective of the manager who has to make things work every day, not merely look good in a protocol.
